TERMS & CONDITIONS

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Hauptstadt Chauffeure GmbH, Friedrichstraße 191, 10117 Berlin (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Client") for chauffeur and transport services.

§ 2 Booking and Contract Conclusion

A booking enquiry via the website, email or telephone constitutes a non-binding offer by the Client. The contract is only concluded upon written confirmation by the Provider.

§ 3 Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur 50% of the agreed price. No-shows are charged the full price.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

All prices are net plus statutory VAT. Payment is made by invoice, bank transfer or credit card. Payment term: 14 days from invoice date.

§ 5 Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are breached. Liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

§ 6 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
